Data Processing Agreement

Last updated: November 2, 2026

1. Roles

For the lead data, recordings and transcripts processed through Quailgent, your organization is the data controller and Quailgent acts as the data processor, processing that data only on your documented instructions.

2. Subprocessors

We use Twilio for telephony, Google for the AI model that holds the conversation and produces transcripts, and Amazon Web Services for hosting and storage. A current subprocessor list is available on request.

3. Scope of processing

Processing is limited to what is needed to operate the Outbound Agent, the campaign dialer, the lead pipeline and Call QA features you use: placing calls, recording and transcribing them, and storing outcomes.

4. Security measures

Encryption in transit over TLS, access to your data limited to signed-in users of your account and the Quailgent staff who operate the service.

5. Data location and transfers

Data is hosted in Stockholm, Sweden. Our telephony and AI subprocessors may process data in other countries; where a transfer mechanism is required, we rely on the mechanisms those subprocessors offer, such as standard contractual clauses.

6. Deletion and return

On request, or when your account is closed, we delete your lead data, recordings and transcripts. You can export your leads as a CSV at any time.

7. Breach notification

We will notify your account owners without undue delay after becoming aware of a security incident affecting your data, with what we know and what we are doing about it.

8. Requesting a signed DPA
