1. What we collect

Account details (name, work email, company); the lead data you upload (names, phone numbers and any notes); call data, which means the recording, the transcript and metadata such as duration, outcome and timestamps for calls placed through Quailgent; and usage data about how your team uses the product. Calls are recorded, and the agent says so at the start of each call.

2. How we use it

We use this data to run the service: placing calls, producing transcripts and summaries, scoring call quality, and showing results in your account. Usage data helps us fix bugs and decide what to build next.

3. Who we share it with

We share data with the providers needed to run the service, under terms that limit them to processing it for us: Twilio for telephony, Google for the AI model that holds the conversation and produces transcripts, Amazon Web Services for hosting, and an email provider for account emails. We do not sell your data.

4. Where it is stored

Data is hosted on Amazon Web Services in Stockholm, Sweden. Calls and AI processing involve Twilio and Google, which may process data in other countries.

5. How long we keep it

We keep call recordings, transcripts and lead data for as long as your account is open, so you can review and report on your campaigns. We do not yet delete them automatically after a fixed period. You can ask us at any time to delete specific data or your whole account, and we will.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. People who are called by a campaign can also ask the customer who ran it, or us, to stop calling and to delete their data. Contact info@quailgent.com to exercise any of these rights.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit over TLS. Access to recordings and transcripts is limited to signed-in users of your account and to the Quailgent staff who operate the service.
