1. Infrastructure
Quailgent runs on Amazon Web Services in Stockholm, Sweden. Traffic between your browser and Quailgent is encrypted with TLS.
2. Access control
Access to your data is limited to signed-in users of your account, with passwords stored hashed, and to the Quailgent staff who operate the service.
3. Recordings and transcripts
Call recordings and transcripts are stored on our own servers and are accessible to signed-in users of your account. We keep them until you or we delete them; see the Privacy Policy.
4. Vendors
We rely on established providers, Twilio for telephony, Google for the AI model and Amazon Web Services for hosting, chosen in part for their own security and compliance posture.
5. Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security issue in Quailgent, email info@quailgent.com with details and we will respond promptly.
