Every minute your AI agents spend talking on an outbound call. Ringing time before a person answers doesn't count.
By bank transfer. Create an account, pick a plan from Settings > Billing, transfer the amount shown, and upload a screenshot of the payment. Your plan activates as soon as it's reviewed and approved, usually within one business day.
Every self-serve plan's first month is discounted from the price shown above. Pay the first-month amount to activate, then the regular monthly rate applies from your next billing period.
No. Minutes reset at the start of each billing period, which starts the day your payment is approved.
Yes. Submit a payment for the new plan from Settings > Billing; once it's approved, your new limits apply immediately and your usage period resets.
Yes. Your plan stays active for the period you've already paid for; simply don't submit a renewal payment and calling will pause at the end of that period. No cancellation fees.
